The School-Based Health Center is a unique venture between the Utica City School District and the Upstate Family Health Center. With no out of pocket expense to you, the School-Based Health Center provides comprehensive primary health care services exclusively to enrolled students in participating schools. Staffing includes a full time provider, a supervising physician and a full time licensed practical nurse.
