Cost for Services

CHBS accepts Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, (Fidelis, Blue Options, United Health Care), Child & Family Plus Plans, Medicare and most private insurance companies.  We also offer a sliding fee scale based on eligibility.  Our staff will assist you in finding the best method of payment to suit your needs.  Our goal is to ensure that ability to pay does not hinder your access to quality care.
