REHAT Named Team of the Year
The Rapid Engagement Homeless Assistance Team (REHAT) of Upstate Cerebral Palsy was recently recognized as the 2016 Team of the Year. Dana Petrillo, Shelly Northrup, Kurt Johnson and Jamie Strobel were honored with this distinction at the Upstate Caring Partners Annual Meeting held at the Radisson Hotel-Utica Centre. The Team of the Year Award honors a group that functions effectively to serve children and adults with differing abilities while exemplifying excellence, passion, integrity, caring and respect. REHAT assists clients in developing and maintaining stability in their lives. The team works with the homeless and with those with mental illness and substance abuse. They believe that everyone has the right to a full life, and work to provide the opportunities that many people take for granted. This team has gone above and beyond to make a difference.
