Utica, NY – Students from the Upstate Caring Partners Tradewinds Education Center celebrated their successes last week as the Class of 2026 crossed the stage in cap and gown. Participants from Utica, Rome, and Chadwicks campuses were surrounded by loving family members, dedicated staff, and cheerful peers who helped honor this milestone achievement of growth.
This year’s commencement ceremonies recognized the hard work and perseverance demonstrated by each and every graduate throughout the year. It is through their resilience, bolstered by the encouragement of their support systems, that Tradewinds students were able to attain this remarkable achievement. The Tradewinds Education Center, a New York State Education Department approved private school, serves children ages 5 to 22 with developmental and intellectual abilities.
