On October 16th, 2025, the agency celebrated artists from the pieces of heART program as part of the Upstate Caring Partners 75th celebration.
Upstate Caring Partners celebrated 75 years of empowering people by highlighting the meaningful impact of art creation for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through adaptive methods and meaningful support, pieces of heART provide an outlet for self-expression by eliminating barriers to personal creativity.
