Snacks at the Tracks is a social enterprise café that helps support activities being offered by Upstate Cerebral Palsy. The Café, open Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, features local goods from The Root Farm and offers an assortment of breakfast, lunch and snack options.
According to Upstate Cerebral Palsy President and CEO Louis B. Tehan, “This collaboration between Oneida County and Upstate Cerebral Palsy is tremendous as we welcome this opportunity to provide training options for individuals with barriers to employment and to help provide a much needed service to the hundreds of people who enter Union Station each day.”
Snacks at the Tracks is supported by a federal (HHS) Balancing Incentive Program Transformation Fund grant, administered by the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.
