Recreational opportunities are fundamental to a healthy lifestyle and can improve one’s quality of life. At Upstate Cerebral Palsy we incorporate physical and social opportunities into our programs.  We understand the importance of getting out and being active. We offer a wide variety of recreation opportunities for children and adults, including bowling, movie nights and special activities.
