Recreation Programs

Upstate Cerebral Palsy works in partnership with many community resources to offer specialized, adaptive and integrated programs for people with disabilities to participate in recreational and leisure activities. Curling, dancing, Tae Kwon Do, and swimming programs are only a few offered through Upstate Cerebral Palsy to help individuals achieve wellness and balance, creating healthy lifestyles.
