Family Connect

Family Connect is a resource that can be accessed through a toll free number and e-mail to connect people from the community with services and supports offered through the agency. Family Connect representative Mary Holt is available to answer agency questions, to advise individuals and their families of how to access agency services and to ensure that appropriate referrals are made. Professional staff from throughout the agency is available from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday to answer your questions.
