Behavioral Health Services

Upstate Cerebral Palsy, through Community Health and Behavioral Services (CHBS), offers comprehensive assistance to those in the community affected by behavioral health issues. Staff at CHBS are trained to provide aid to children, adolescents and adults with a variety of conditions.

Behavioral services include outpatient clinic, psychiatry, psychotherapy, 24-hour clinic coverage, continuing day treatment, vocational rehabilitation, supportive case management, and more.

Designed to improve functional abilities of individuals diagnosed with a variety of psychiatric conditions, treatment is provided by New York State licensed physicians and clinicians.
